Ross removed the broken extractor fan and installed the new chimney style extractor unit with no fuss or mess. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He kept the kitchen clean and tidy removing all mess. I would certainly recommend him.
Ross tracked every wire in the system, testing its continuity and carefully labelling its function. He tested all components in the programmer and thermostat and eventually found that a leaking mechanical 3 way valve was causing an electrical short. He assisted the heating engineer in replacing the faulty part and then retested all of the system. I was very pleased with the thoroughness and dedication shown in solving the problem, the outcome and reasonable cost. Many thanks.
